All water services include a pressure regulator. Each additional replacement is $65.00.
Contract for services for water accounts with River Falls
Water bills are due the 1st of each month.
*If payment is not received in our office by the 10th of each month a $5.00 late fee will be acquired.
If the water bill is not paid in full by the 18th of the month services will be disconnected and or receive a $20.00 late
If your meter is locked for non-payment a reconnect fee must be paid in addition to your water bill before your services will be restored

Attention:
It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the town if he or she fails to receive his or her bill.
A duplicate bill will be mailed upon notification. Failure to receive bill shall not prevent such bills from becoming delinquent nor relive the user from payment.
A payment drop box is located by the front steps of Town Hall for after business hours convenience.

Section 22-27-3 of the code of Alabama, 1975 requires all county residents to subscribe to the Covington County full coverage garbage service unless granted an exemption by the Heath Department.
